January 2, 2008 - Metro Film, a special issue focused on the entertainment industry in New York City and the Mayor’s Office of Film, Theatre and Broadcasting, has launched. The winter edition features a behind the scenes look at I Am Legend, a preview of upcoming films and television shows set in New York City, a spotlight on opportunities for young New Yorkers to get their start in the industry, and a variety of community outreach programs offered by the MOFTB.

The issue, a partnership between Metro and the MOFTB, is available at various cultural institutions and participating “Made in NY” discount program vendors across the city.
