November 2, 2009 - Located in midtown New York on West 57th Street in between 10th and 11th Avenues, the CBS Broadcast Center is the latest space to become a qualified production facility. Qualified productions that shoot there are eligible to take part in New York City and State’s production incentive program.

Looking to consolidate all their locations in to one area, CBS bought the space, which was formerly a dairy, in the mid-1960s. Since then the facility has been converted into one stop studio space. With six stages ranging from 3,300 to 9,000 square feet, the studio offers more than just top-notch production space.

With scenic construction, design, electrical and building shops on-site, the center can also install a set, shoot, edit and even distribute the finished product.

The CBS Broadcast Center is currently the home of various CBS productions like “CBS Evening News,” “CBS Sunday Morning” and “CBS Sports.” Also currently shooting there are BET’s “106 & Park” and “Inside Edition.”
