October 1, 2003 As part of a brand new, ongoing incentive program, The NYC Mayor's Office of Film, Theatre & Broadcasting has arranged a special discount on rental vehicles for production crews through Hertz. Under this program, film and television production crews may receive discounts on rentals of cars, minivans, trucks, and other available vehicles. Hertz is also providing discounts to New York City's production industry on its special Gold Service, and coupons which will provide further discounts, free upgrades or long term rates.
