Central Park Hosts Annual Film Festival in August

August 3, 2009 - Romance and danger are on the bill for the 7th Annual Central Park Film Festival. The festival consists of free nightly screenings under the stars from Tuesday, August 18 - Saturday, August 22 at Central Park’s Rumsey Playfield.

This summer’s films include Sex and the City (August 18), Shaft (August 19), Ocean’s 11 (August 20), and Twilight (August 21). On August 22, the viewers get to choose which film will be screened. Visit www.7online.com to choose between Men in Black, Goldfinger, or Desperately Seeking Susan.

All screenings are free, start at 8pm, and are held rain or shine. Gates open at 6pm. To find Rumsey Playfield, enter the Park at Fifth Avenue and 69th Street.
