May 1, 2008 - The nominations have been announced for the 35th Annual Daytime Emmys. Among them are dozens of television shows – soap operas, children’s series, talk shows, morning programs, and game shows – that film right here in New York City, like the nominees for Drama Series, “Guiding Light” and “One Life to Live.” Local television personality Regis Philbin will be honored with a lifetime achievement award.

The 35th Annual Daytime Emmys will be broadcast on ABC on June 20 from the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles, California.
