May 1, 2007 - New York City’s On Location Tours revisits seasons one through six of “The Sopranos” this month by taking a bus tour to the locations that have been used in filming the hit HBO series.
There are more than 40 locations on the tour led by actors, some of whom have appeared in the series. As the bus departs midtown Manhattan, the opening theme plays on the speakers and the bus follows the route of the show’s opening sequence after leaving the Lincoln Tunnel.
Go inside the “Bada Bing,” where many of the scenes in the show take place, see “Satriale’s,” Tony Soprano’s favorite hangout, and sit on the steps of the “Skyway diner” where Christopher was shot, says Cathy Wilke of On Location Tours marketing department.
The tour of Sopranos sites runs every Saturday and Sunday at 2 p.m. Tickets are $40 and can be purchased by calling Zerve at 212-209-3370 or online at http://www.screentours.com/.
