February 1, 2008 - Tune in as HBO broadcasts The Gates, a documentary chronicling one of the largest public art installations in Central Park. The film is scheduled to be broadcast on HBO on February 26, 2008, at 10 pm.

Directed by Antonio Ferrera and Albert Maysles, the film chronicles artists Christo and Jeanne-Claude’s 26-year commitment to transform the winter darkness of Central Park into a garden of light and color with 7,503 fabric-paneled gates.
