January 1, 2007 - The initial application for New York City's five percent tax credit for qualified film and television productions (form A) has been revised to include “fillable” fields, so that the form may now be completed using Adobe Acrobat or Reader. The new form, along with revised instructions for completing it, is available by clicking here.

The tax credit complements the State's ten percent tax credit for qualified productions, and is part of the “Made in NY” incentive program, which also includes free advertising and vendor discounts for qualified projects. Click here more information.
