Rescue Me

The FX series Rescue Me has been shooting in New York City since the end of 2003. The show focuses on a group of New York City firefighters.

Dennis Leary, series creator, executive producer, writer and star, has shot the feature films Double Whammy, Company Man, The Thomas Crown Affair, Love Walked In, Who’s the Man? and Strictly Business in NYC. He also created the television series The Job, which shot in NYC.

Daniel Sunjata is an NYU graduate and NYC resident. He has appeared in the NYC feature films Bad Company, Brother to Brother and Melinda and Melinda and had a recurring role on the television series Law and Order: SVU. He also was nominated for a Tony award for his performance in the Broadway play Take Me Out.

John Scurti's NYC film credits include Who’s The Man? and the upcoming War of the Worlds.

Bronx-born Jack McGee, a former NYC firefighter, shot the feature films Magic Sticks, Five Corners, Someone to Watch Over Me, The Beat, The Paper, Jungle 2 Jungle and The Out-of-Towners in NYC.

James McCaffrey’s NYC film credits include Nick and Jane, The Tic Code, Coming Soon, Distress and She Hate Me.
