Dark Water
Dark Water released in theatres on July 8, 2005. The film tells the story of a mother and daughter who are haunted by the spirit of a former resident in their apartment building. It shot in NYC in November-December of 2004, employing 150 New Yorkers.
The film stars Jennifer Connelly, whose New York City credits include A Beautiful Mind, Requiem for a Dream and Hamlet, and John C. Reilly, whose NYC credits include Anger Management, The Hours, Gangs of New York, and For Love of the Game.
