Alfie shot in New York City from November-December 2003, employing 120 cast and crew members. The Mayor's Office of Film, Theatre and Broadcasting assisted the production in covering areas of DUMBO, Brooklyn with fake snow for filming and in gaining access to locations across the City.
The film stars Jude Law and is directed by Charles Shyer, who also directed Baby Boom in NYC. It released in theatres on Friday, October 22, 2004.
