NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) and the NYC Commission on Human Rights are hosting a Fair Housing Symposium at the NYU Law School on Thursday, June 12th. The Fair Housing Symposium is designed to inform, influence and engage community organizations and social service providers in the fight against discrimination in housing. Panelists will provide an overview NYC population trends, fair housing laws and emerging issues; and will promote government and nonprofit services and programs to curb discrimination in housing.
