Plaque Dedication for Lt. Robert Ryan, Jr.

Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg and Fire Commissioner Nicholas Scoppetta will join family members, colleagues and friends of Lt. Robert J. Ryan, Jr., to honor his memory at a plaque dedication ceremony on Mon., Nov. 23 at 10 a.m. The ceremony will be held at the quarters of Engine 155/Ladder 78 at 14 Brighton Ave. on Staten Island.
