A crane collapse was reported on the Upper East Side of Manhattan at 8:06 a.m. A portion of the crane had collapsed into the building across the street, 354 East 91 Street. More than 200 fire and EMS personnel responded to the scene. Two construction workers were killed in the collapse, including Donald Leo, the son of retired Fire Lt. Donald Leo. Another was critically injured and taken to New York Presbyterian Hospital. One person received minor injuries and was taken to Metropolitan Hospital. View Photo Gallery
