Mayor Michael Bloomberg, Fire Commissioner Salvatore Cassano, Chief of Department Edward Kilduff and Chief of EMS John Peruggia place three wreaths at the Firefighter's Monument. The wreaths are for members of the FDNY's Fire Service, members of the Emergency Medical Service and for the Department as a whole.
