Fire Commissioner Nicholas Scoppetta, Chief of Department Salvatore Cassano and Chief of Operations Robert Sweeney lay a wreath at the Firefighter’s Memorial on Riverside Drive in Manhattan. This year, more than 200 firefighters from the Provence of Quebec Fire Academy lined the steps of the Memorial to pay their respects.
