Body Group for FDNY Retirees
Are you ready to start feeling better?
Since retirement have you put on weight, lost your way with your self-care routine?
Are you struggling with health problems/depression/anxiety/stress that you would like relief from?
The CSU invites retired members to an 8 week body/mind support group that will integrate information and ideas on healthy living in a non-pressured environment with peers who have similar goals.
The group will feature information on yoga, acupuncture, nutrition, the connection between food and emotions, healthy cooking, art, writing, and meditation, with lots of opportunity to talk about experiences with other group members.
Thursdays, beginning April 23rd for 8 weeks
