On Friday, December 17, 2004 at 1100 hours, a Plaque Dedication will be held honoring the memory of FF Thomas Brick, L-36, who made the supreme sacrifice on December 16, 2003. The dedication will take place in quarters of E-95/L-36, located at 29 Vermilyea Avenue, Manhattan. All off-duty members and their families are invited to attend as a mark of respect to the deceased. Members are requested to attend in dress uniform.

Saturday, November 20, 2004 - Brooklyn

On Saturday, November 20, 2004 at 1100 hours, there will be a street renaming ceremony honoring the memory of FF William Lake, R-2, who made the supreme sacrifice on September 11, 2001. The ceremony will take place at 71st Street and 3rd Avenue, Brooklyn. All off-duty members and their families are invited to attend as a mark of respect to the deceased. Members are requested to attend in dress uniform.

Saturday, November 13, 2004 - Bronx

On Saturday, November 13, 2004 at 1030 hours, there will be a street renaming ceremony honoring the memory of FF Robert McPadden, L-51, who made the supreme sacrifice on September 11, 2001. The ceremony will take place at Eastchester Road and 233rd Street, Bronx, NY. All off-duty members and their families are invited to attend as a mark of respect to the deceased. Saturday, November 6, 2004 - Queens

On Saturday November 6, 2004 at 1000 hours, there will be a street renaming dedication in the memory of FF Eugene Whelan, E-230, who made the supreme sacrifice on September 11, 2001. The ceremony will take place at Beach 37th Street and Beach Channel Drive, Rockaway, Queens. All off-duty members and their families are invited to attend as a mark of respect to the deceased. Members are requested to attend in dress uniform.

Saturday, October 30, 2004 - Bellmore, NY

On Saturday, October 30, 2004, Dedication at 10:00am, Street Re-naming at 11:00am. Trail Dedication and Street Re-naming in honor of FF Adam Rand of Squad 288, located at Mill Pond Park, corner of Eastern Ave and Merrick Road, Bellmore, NY. Saturday, October 23, 2004 - Stumpneck, MD

On Friday, October 22, 2004, the United States Marine Corps Chemical Biological Incident Response Force Command (CBIRF) will be dedicating their Training Facility in memory of Deputy Chief Raymond M. Downey. The dedication will be at the CBIRF Training Facility in Stumpneck, Maryland. The ceremony will begin at 1100 hours, with a picnic lunch to follow. All members interested in attending must RSVP to Sergeant Miner, USM Cat 301-744-1092. Members are requested to attend in dress uniform.

The ceremony will take place at 71st Street and Ridge Avenue, Brooklyn. All off-duty members and their families are invited to attend as a mark of respect to the deceased. Thursday, October 21, 2004 - Queens

On Thursday, October 21, 2004 at 1100 hours a Plaque Dedication will be held honoring the memory of FF James J. O'Shea, L-127, who made the Supreme Sacrifice on September 27, 2003. The dedication will take place at the quarters of E-298 / L-127 / B-50, located at 153-11 Hillside Avenue, Jamaica, NY. All off-duty members and their families are invited to attend as a mark of respect to the deceased. Members are requested to attend in dress uniform.

Sunday, October 17, 2004 - Manhattan

On Sunday October 17, 2004 at 1100 hours, Engine Company 74 will hold a Centennial Celebration ceremony in their quarters located at 120 West 83 St, Manhattan. , NY . Immediately following, a street renaming will be held at in honor of FF Ruben David Correa, E-74, who made the Supreme Sacrifice on September 11, 2001 . The location is the Southwest corner of West 83 rd St and Columbus Avenue . A collation will follow at Holy Trinity Church , West 82 nd Street between Broadway and Amsterdam Ave. All off duty members and their family are invited to attend.Members are requested to attend in dress uniform.

Sunday, October 17, 2004 - Bronx

On Sunday, October 17, 2004, the Throggs Neck 9/11 Memorial was dedicated. The Memorial honors those residents of the Throggs Neck community who perished on September 11, 2001. Included in those honored were the following members: Captain Frederick J. Ill, Jr., L-2, Lt. Raymond E. Murphy, L-16, Lt. Thomas G. O’Hagan, B-4, FF Peter A. Bielfeld, L-46, FF Michael Lynch and FF Dennis Mulligan, L-2. All are welcome to visit the memorial, which is located adjacent to the quarters of Engine Company 72.

On Saturday, October 16, 2004 at 1300 hours, there will be a street renaming ceremony honoring the memory of FF Dennis P. O’Berg, L-105, who made the supreme sacrifice on September 11, 2001. The ceremony will take place at the corner of 74th Street and 10th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY. All off-duty members and their families are invited to attend as a mark of respect to the deceased. Members are requested to attend in dress uniform.

On Saturday, October 9, 2004 at 1200 hours, there will be a street renaming ceremony honoring the memory of FF Michael F. Lynch, L-32, who made the supreme sacrifice on September 11, 2001. The ceremony will take place at the quarters of E-62/L-32 located at 3431 White Plains Road, Bronx, NY. Saturday, October 2, 2004 - Queens

On Saturday, October 2, 2004, at 1130 hours, a Park Dedication will be held honoring the memory of Battalion Chief Dennis L. Devlin, B-9, who made the supreme sacrifice on September 11, 2001. The dedication will take place at Olmstead Avenue and Ellis Avenue, Bronx, near the quarters of E-64/L-47. The Park will be named in his honor. All off-duty members and their families are invited to attend as a mark of respect to the deceased. Members are requested to attend in dress uniform.

On Sunday, September 26, 2004 at 1400 hours, there will be a street renaming ceremony honoring the memory of FF Richard D. Allen, L-15, who made the supreme sacrifice on September 11, 2001. The ceremony will take place at Beach 91st Street and the Boardwalk, Rockaway Beach, NY. All off-duty members and their families are invited to attend as a mark of respect to the deceased.

Saturday, September 25, 2004 - Ronkonkoma, NY

On Saturday, September 25, 2004 at 1000 hours, there will be a street renaming ceremony honoring the memory of Lieutenant John P. Napolitano, R-2, who made the supreme sacrifice on September 11, 2001. The ceremony will take place at 2415 Vanderbilt Motor Parkway, Ronkonkoma, NY. All off-duty members and their families are invited to attend as a mark of respect to the deceased. Members are requested to attend in dress uniform.

Saturday, September 18, 2004 - Staten Island

On Friday September 10, 2004, at 1000 hours, St. Michael’s Cemetery will be dedicating “The 9/11 Queens Firefighters Memorial”. The ceremony will take place at St. Michael’s Cemetery, located at 72-02 Astoria Blvd, East Elmhurst, NY. All off duties members are invited to attend. Members are requested to attend in uniform.

Saturday, July 24, 2004 - Staten Island

On Saturday, July 24, 2004 at 1100 hours, there will be a street renaming ceremony honoring the memory of FF Paul Beyer, E-6, who made the supreme sacrifice on September 11, 2001. The ceremony will take place at the intersection of Sleight Avenue and George Street, Staten Island, NY. All off-duty members and their families are invited to attend as a mark of respect to the deceased. Members are requested to attend in dress uniform.

Friday, July 16, 2004 - Queens, NY

On Friday, July 16, 2004 at 0945 hours, there will be a street renaming dedication in the memory of FF John Sineno, Engine 58. The ceremony will take place at the intersection of 87th Drive and Commonwealth Blvd, in Queens, New York. Firefighter Sineno was retired. He passed away on April 2, 2003. In addition to serving the people of New York as a Firefighter, he is also known for writing a cookbook. All off-duty members and their families are invited to attend as a mark of respect to the deceased. Members are requested to attend in dress uniform.

Saturday, June 26, 2004 - Manhattan, NY

On Saturday June 26th, 2004 at 1100 hours in the quarters of Ladder Co. 26, 1367 5th Avenue, a Plaque Dedication Ceremony will be held for FF Ryan Duryee. All off duty members and their families are invited to attend as a mark of respect to the deceased and his family. Members attending are requested to attend in dress uniform.

The ceremony will take place at the intersection of 48th Street and 7th Avenue in Brooklyn, New York. On Saturday, June 26, 2004 at 1030 hours, there will be a street renaming dedication in the memory of FF Matthew Barnes, L-25. The ceremony will take place at the intersection of 53rd Drive and 63rd Place in Maspeth, Queens, New York. All off-duty members and their families are invited to attend as a mark of respect to the deceased. Members are requested to attend in dress uniform.
