MAYOR BLOOMBERG AND FIRE COMMISSIONER CASSANO TO PRESIDE AT AN ANNUAL MEDAL DAY CEREMONY

Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg and Fire Commissioner Salvatore J. Cassano will preside at the annual FDNY Medal Day Ceremony at 11 a.m on Wednesday, June 6 at the 69th Regiment Armory. The event will honor eleven Fire Officers, twenty-six Firefighters, two EMS Officers, three Paramedics, three Emergency Medical Technicians, two Fire Marshals, and four Fire Companies for their courageous acts at emergency scenes throughout the city.
