EMPIRE STATE BUILDING LIGHTS TOWER TONIGHT TO CELEBRATE EMS WEEK 2012

The Empire State Building, in partnership with the New York City Fire Department, will be illuminated in yellow, white and blue TONIGHT in celebration of National EMS Week 2012, which began yesterday.

EMS Week is an annual week-long series of events designed to promote public safety among all New Yorkers, attract potential EMS recruits and celebrate the life-saving efforts of more than 3,000 members of FDNY's Emergency Medical Service.

The Empire State Building also appears prominently in the official FDNY poster celebrating EMS Week 2012.
