FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR LIEUTENANT RICHARD A. NAPPI

Fire Commissioner Salvatore J. Cassano will join family, friends and FDNY members in paying their final respects to Lieutenant Richard A. Nappi of Engine 237. Lieutenant Nappi, 47, made the supreme sacrifice while battling a third-alarm fire on April 16 in Brooklyn. Lieutenant Nappi was a 17-year veteran of the Department.
