CEREMONY FOR 15 MEMBERS OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT
Fire Commissioner Nicholas Scoppetta will preside over a promotion ceremony tomorrow for 15 FDNY Lieutenants who will be elevated to the rank of Captain.
All of the newly promoted members will be assigned to various units throughout the City.
