FDNY UNVEILS 2006 CALENDAR OF HEROES
The New York City Fire Department and the FDNY Foundation will unveil the highly anticipated 2007, New York City Fire Department Calendar of Heroes on Tuesday, August 1, 2006. The Calendar Guys will first make an appearance at Military Island/Times Square for a Press Conference and Photo-Op, and they will then head to Greeley Square (33rd between Broadway and 6th Avenue) to autograph copies of the calendar.
Proceeds from the sale of the 2007 Calendar of Heroes will help to benefit the FDNY Foundation. The Foundation supports the mission of the Fire Department through a variety of programs including The Fire Zone, the mobile fire safety house, as well as many other programs that encourage fire safety among children and adults. Calendars can also be purchased online at www.fdnyfirezone.org
