FIRE COMMISSIONER NICHOLAS SCOPPETTA
TO OFFICIATE AT PROMOTIONAL CEREMONY
FOR 15 MEMBERS OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT
New York City Fire Commissioner, Nicholas Scoppetta will preside at a promotional ceremony for 15 members of FDNY, today, May 3, 2006. Eleven members will be elevated to the rank of Captain and four members will be promoted to the rank of Marine Wiper. The newly promoted officers will be assigned to divisions throughout the Department.
