New York City Fire Commissioner, Nicholas Scoppetta will preside at a promotional ceremony for 7 members of FDNY this Friday, February 17, 2006. Seven members will be elevated to the rank of Captain. The newly promoted officers will be assigned to divisions throughout the Department.
