FIRE COMMISSIONER NICHOLAS SCOPPETTA
TO PRESIDE AT PLAQUE DEDICATION CEREMONY
FOR FIREFIGHTER CHRISTIAN ENGELDRUM
Fire Commissioner Nicholas Scoppetta tomorrow will preside over a plaque dedication ceremony to honor the memory of Firefighter Christian Engeldrum. The ceremony will take place at the quarters of Engeldrum’s company, Ladder Company 61, in the Bronx. Firefighter Engeldrum made the ultimate sacrifice on November 29, 2004 while serving his country in Iraq. Members of the Engeldrum family, FDNY Officials, and firefighters assigned to Ladder 61 / Engine 66 will join Commissioner Scoppetta at the ceremony.
