To Officiate At Promotional Ceremony
For 33 Members Of The Fire Department
Injured Bronx Firefighter Joseph DiBernardo to be promoted to Lieutenant
Fire Commissioner Nicholas Scoppetta will preside at a promotional ceremony for 33 members of the Fire Department. The ceremony will include the promotion of 31 firefighters to the rank of Lieutenant, one Marine Pilot and one Supervising Fire Marshal. Included in the Lieutenant promotions will be injured New York City Firefighter Joseph DiBernardo of Rescue Co. 3 in the Bronx. The newly promoted officers will be assigned to divisions throughout the Department.
