Promotional Class Includes 10 promotions to Battalion Chief,

Fire Commissioner Nicholas Scoppetta tomorrow will preside over a promotional ceremony for 35 members of the New York City Fire Department. The ceremony will include the promotion of 10 Battalion Chiefs, 10 Captains and 15 Lieutenants. The newly promoted officers will be assigned to various units citywide. The ceremony will be held at the Fire Department’s Training Academy on Randall’s Island.
