FIRE COMMISSIONER NICHOLAS SCOPPETTA TO OFFICIATE
AT PROMOTIONAL CEREMONY FOR 34 MEMBERS OF THE
FIRE DEPARTMENT
On Tuesday, February 24, 2004 New York City
Fire Commissioner, Nicholas Scoppetta will preside at a ceremony
promoting 34 members of the Fire Department. 1 member will
be elevated to the rank of Deputy Assistant Chief, 6 to the
rank of Battalion Chief, 12 to the rank of Captain and 15
to the rank of Lieutenant. The newly promoted officers will
be assigned to divisions throughout the Department.
