Change Your Clocks, Change Your Batteries

The FDNY reminds you to change the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors when you change your clocks on March 10 for Daylight Saving Time.

All weekend, at locations throughout New York City, members of the FDNY Fire Safety Education Unit will be distributing batteries for smoke detectors to New Yorkers.
