Firefighter Donates Winnings from Cookoff to Burn Center

Queens Firefighter Joseph Barone, Ladder 165, got the vote for the best chili recipe in the Jamaica Market Harvest Festival in October, and on Dec. 21, he donated his $1,000 prize to the New York Firefighters Burn Center Foundation.
