FDNY EMS Command Rings Closing Bell at NASDAQ

Members of the FDNY's EMS Command rang the NASDAQ closing bell on May 14 in honor of EMS Week.

Members of the EMS Command celebrated EMS Week by ringing the closing bell at NASDAQ in Manhattan on May 14.

“Every hour of every day our members are in the streets making a difference,” said Assistant Chief John McFarland.

National EMS Week runs May 17 through 23 and includes events celebrating the work of paramedics and EMTs.
