COMPETITIVE SEALED BID FOR PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES FOR THE UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLY (“UPS”) SYSTEMS AND BATTERIES

Bidders shall register for the walk-through with Tetyana Reilly (718) 999-2333. The registration is limited to two (2) representatives from each bidder. All meetings will start at the appropriate time. Bidders shall gather at the entrance fifteen (15) minutes prior to each walk-through for security purposes. Bidders in attendance will not be admitted withouta picture ID issued by a government agency. Late-comers will not be admitted. The FDNY reserves the right to change the date, time and location of the walk-throughs.

Bid Submission received at this Location after the Bid Due Date and Time are late and will not be accepted by the Agency, except as provided under New York City’s Procurement Policy Board Rules. E-mailed or faxed Bids will not be accepted by this Agency.

The Agency will consider requests made to the Authorized Agency Contact Person to extend the Bid Due Date and Time prescribed above. However, unless the Agency issues a written addendum to this Competitive Sealed Bid, which extends the Bid Due Date and Time for all Bidders, the Bid Due Date and Time, prescribed above shall remain in effect.
