Ms. Canning has aspired to excellence and built the foundation for superior customer service. She has trained countless personnel to process payments and deal effectively with myriad personalities--both in-house and in the vendor community. Her cheerful and positive attitude reinforce her determination to achieve excellence and proficiency in paying invoices exceeding $100 million annually. Ms. Canning is a dedicated employee who never wavers in her support of FDNY.
