The evaluation would document the implementation and outcomes of SONYC programs, including programs under existing contracts that are subject to new requirements. The implementation component would include a profile of participant characteristics, program features such as staffing patterns and types of activities, and patterns of participation.  It will also entail an in-depth study of 25-32 program. The submission deadline for this RFP will be August 26, 2014 at 2:00 PM.

DYCD will be holding a Pre-Proposal Conference at our offices at 156 Williams Street in the 2nd Floor Auditorium on Monday, August 18, 2014 at 2:00 PM.  Attendance while not mandatory but is recommended by DYCD.
