	NYC Ladders for Leaders participants are selected through an application and interview process. All applicants must participate in a pre-employment training program. Interviews will be conducted by program staff and our partnering companies. How do I apply? The application period is now closed. Most applicants are recommended by their local Community Based Organizations. Find one in your area.
