DOT to Install New Traffic Signal in Fort Greene
New York City Department of Transportation (DOT) Commissioner Iris Weinshall today announced the activation of a new traffic signal at the intersection of Greene Avenue and Adelphi Street in the Fort Greene section of Brooklyn. DOT received a request from the community in the spring of 2006 and engineers performed a traffic study over the summer.
