Three express bus routes are in operation between Manhattan and the south shore on Staten Island. One route is operated by New York City Transit and two routes are operated by Atlantic Express.

Atlantic Express route X23 operates service on the Luten-Hylan-Sequine-Foster-Woodrow Bus Line, and route X24 operates service on the Hylan-Arden-Woodrow-Huguenot Bus Line. Contact Atlantic Express for schedule information.

NYC Transit route X22 serves midtown Manhattan from Tottenville,Richmond Valley, Pleasant Plains, Woodrow and Rossville. It begins its morning runs at Page Avenue and Hylan Boulevard. Contact New York City Transit for schedule information.
