CITIServ
The Citywide IT Infrastructure Services Program, known as CITIServ, is a coordinated effort to consolidate disparate data centers, reduce the City's infrastructure footprint, and provide a unified set of shared services across the City. CITIServ will increase inter-agency data sharing, and allow for more effective collaboration to better serve the City's many businesses, visitors and residents.

NYCWiN
The New York City Wireless Network, NYCWiN, is a government-dedicated broadband wireless infrastructure created to support public safety and other essential City operations. The network provides agencies real time access to high-speed data, video and emergency voice communications throughout the five boroughs. There are currently more than 40 applications serving 22 agencies running over the network, representing hundreds of thousands of wireless transactions every day.

Citywide Radio Network
The Citywide Radio Network (CRN) supports mission critical and interoperable land-mobile radio communications throughout the five boroughs. This enterprise-level, City-owned communications system serves specific communications needs of the City's public safety and essential public service agencies through a reliable, resilient, and secure land-mobile radio network. The CRN system is designed to be available 24x7 during normal operating scenarios and in emergencies.

NYC.gov
NYC.gov provides a critical customer gateway to all City services. The site's environment includes access to more than 130 sites for City agencies, offices, boards, authorities, special initiatives and more. Since its launch in 1996, NYC.gov has been a primary means by which the City and its customers interact, and now attracts approximately two million unique visitors each month.

GIS & Mapping
A Geographic Information System (GIS) is a technology that can be utilized for mapping and analyzing geographic or location-based information. DoITT's Citywide GIS Unit supports a multitude of online applications which provide the City's wealth of GIS information to the public, and also allows other city agencies to leverage this data to support City operations, analysis, policy-making, and public safety In particular, NYCityMap is the City's online map portal which provides users access to a variety of location-based information and is available free, anytime via NYC.gov.
