- identify the future cable-related community needs and
interests, taking into account the costs of meeting such needs and interests;
and
- review Time Warner's/Cablevision's performance during the current franchise term, which for Time Warner began on September 16, 1998 and for Cablevision on October 8, 1998.
Written comments that are no longer than 100 words, may be submitted to the form below. Duplicate submissions will not be counted. Written comments that are longer than 100 words, should to the extent possible be submitted in hard copy and/or disk and may be submitted at the hearing or to:
