Mayor Bloomberg Announces Success in City's Response to 9/11 Health Issues
September 4, 2008

Mayor Michael Bloomberg was joined by several City officials as he announced the release of a new report from the World Trade Center Medical Working Group on 9/11 health and the introduction of a new citywide advertising campaign to promote free treatment for Lower Manhattan residents, area workers and students affected by 9/11 at three WTC Environmental Health Center locations. The Mayor also emphasized that all 15 of the recommendations made in the 2007 report Addressing the Health Impacts of 9/11 PDF Document (Reader Required; Click to Download) have either been completed or are underway.
