NIOSH Seeks Public Comment on Implementation of Zadroga Act
April 4, 2011

Individuals have until April 29 to submit comments to the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health about the implementation of the World Trade Center Health Program under the Zadroga Act (PDF). Comments may also address whether or not NIOSH should include cancer as a condition that can be treated under the program.
