New York City Employees 9/11 Health Communication Service

To make it as easy as possible for New York City employees to stay informed about the latest 9/11 health issues and resources, the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene is offering a new service. If you participated in the World Trade Center rescue, recovery, and clean-up operations, or you are interested in receiving bi-monthly e-mail updates about 9/11-related health information, you can sign-up for the New York City Employees 9/11 Health Communication Service by completing this form.

Please be aware that while New York City plans to use this voluntary e-mail distribution list ONLY for the purpose of improving communication with our employees about 9/11 health issues and services, any work-related information you provide when enrolling, including your nyc.gov e-mail address, current employment status, and your present and past agency affiliations, is subject to release to third parties upon request under New York State's Freedom of Information Law.

Also, please be aware that enrollment in the New York City Employees 9/11 Health Communication Service cannot be used as evidence of your participation, if any, in World Trade Center rescue, recovery and clean-up operations.
