Help For New Parents - Nurse-Family Partnership

Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) is a nationwide nurse home visiting program committed to improving the health, well-being and self-sufficiency of low-income, first-time mothers and their children. The program is voluntary and services are provided at no cost to you.

NYC NFP serves neighborhoods in all five boroughs. To find out if it's available where you live, look for your ZIP code on the service area map (PDF). If you are under 18, homeless, in foster care or involved in the criminal justice system, NYC NFP is available regardless of ZIP code.
