Be Physically Active

Regular exercise-30 minutes of moderate activity (such as a brisk walk) 5 to 7 days a week-will help you keep your weight at a healthy level. Exercise can also help you manage stress. Check with your doctor to see what kind of exercise is right for you and how much weight you should gain while pregnant

There are free NYC classes in everything from yoga to aerobics, but check with your doctor first if you are pregnant or have any health concerns.
