Identification is needed to enter the building. Pre-registration is advised. To pre-register for the meeting, send an email to: dohmhregistration@health.nyc.gov. Include “LEICC Meeting Registration” in the subject line. Please indicate the name, agency and phone number of all attendees. A maximum of 2 persons per agency may attend. The Local Early Intervention Coordinating Council (LEICC) is an advisory group appointed by the NYC Commissioner of Health and Mental Hygiene. The members consist of parents of infants and toddlers with disabilities or parent or children aged three to twelve with disabilities, representatives of other city agencies, and providers of early intervention services. The LEICC meets in open forum on a regular basis.
