Standing Water Monitoring Report Form
The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene has suspended collection of standing water reports for West Nile virus surveillance. Reporting will resume in Spring 2009.
If you are reporting a sewer back-up, clogged storm
drain, a leaking fire hydrant or water coming up from the ground or street,
please call the New York City Department of Environmental Protection's Help Line
at 311.
