Confidential Medical Record Amendment

The Electronic Birth Registration System (EBRS) now includes the Confidential Medical Record amendment type, which allows you to directly amend medical items in a birth record through EBRS. We encourage you to use this amendment type to improve data quality at your facility. If you have any questions, follow these instructions (PDF).
