Using the Tables
To sort in an ascending order, click on a column heading once. To sort in a descending order, click on a column heading twice. Click on the neighborhood name to view its Community Health Profile (PDF).

Sources: New York State Department of Health, Statewide Planning and Research Cooperative System, 2003-04; U.S. Census 2000/NYC Department of City Planning. Rates are age-adjusted and per 100,000 adults aged 18 and older. Unintentional injury rates are from 2001 SPARCS data and per 100,000 residents.
