| WHAT: | Press conference announcing publication of the Chinese-language version of New York Needs Us Strong: Coping After Sept. 11, the Project Liberty booklet that promotes awareness of post-traumatic stress and available counseling services following September 11th. The goal of this booklet is to connect community members to services available in Chinese. |
